The Chemistry of Joy & Yoga

In today’s video, I share my personal opinion about nature/nurture in regard to Enneagram type (feel free to disagree!) and then suggest a fabulous book* before we embark on a strong, 50-minute yoga practice. I promise by the end of summer to once again have a clear, uncluttered backdrop!

*First published in 2005, The Chemistry of Joy by Henry Emmons & Rachel Kranz continues to offer me insight on what my physical body tells me about myself. Though marketed as a tool to overcome depression, I highly recommend this book to absolutely everyone. Dr. Emmons combines Eastern and Western medical wisdom that helps us observe and take care of our unique selves in a holistic way.
