Outdoor Joy Yoga

After a few weeks of shorter, more gentle practices, today’s yoga is 55-minutes long and intended to challenge your strength and balance. Luna (small dog) and Crosby (yellow lab) are present throughout to show their support for you!

There may be things you cannot do in this class, and there may also be things you can do “better” than me. Either way: Great!!

Moving our bodies with curiosity and joy, free of judgment, helps us discover what issues are hiding in our tissues, and a positive attitude during physical challenges helps us associate positivity with exertion. Awareness and acceptance pave the way for growth. Have fun with it!
