Please join me at Enneagram Minnesota’s next local meeting at the Carondolet Center in St. Paul!

I’ll be sharing how I utilize yoga in teaching the Enneagram, and we will engage in some gentle movement and breathing exercises. I’ll also talk about how whole health offers us greater ease on the path to essence.

NOTE: This is NOT a yoga class, and it is open to people of all ages and all abilities. Each movement can be done while seated. No movement is required.
