No judgment yoga!

Ironically, I’ve spent a lot of time wondering what I’ll be judged less for: using the spelling judgment or judgement. It’s a thing!

The goal today, as always in yoga, is self-observation with curiosity. No judgment. Only when we remove defensiveness and stop pushing against ourselves can we accept where we are and grow. Allow this 30-minute practice to challenge you physically as well as mentally. If you fall, if you aren’t able to do something: do what you can and breathe. Notice where you are today and accept it. Without judgment. Or judgement. :-)
