Crosby makes a cameo in this week’s class, but it’s during savasana when you have your eyes closed. :-)
The sun setting behind me during this 35-minute yin practice may make it harder to see, but I like that. Trust yourself, close your eyes as much as possible, support yourself with props (blocks or pillows), and strive to tune into the more subtle physical sensations that surface.
