One-on-One with Sal (3)

Join me and my niece, Sal, for a slower, calming 45-minute practice meant to balance the aggressive, intense energy of the Enneagram 3.

Achievers find it difficult to slow down, not only because they feel motion is the key to success, but also because, as Sal so eloquently says, “When I slow down, my mind speeds up.”

It’s difficult for 3s to sit alone with themselves and ponder who they are apart from their amazing works, but making time to center oneself is key for balance and mental/spiritual health.
