Self Care Yin Yoga

Luna was my inspiration for this 35-minute grounded deep stretching practice.

We feel safe to grow and change when in a loving and supportive environment. Yet often we (myself included) forget that there are two of us in this mind/body/heart system: the observer and the observed. We have the power to affirm and encourage our ever-imperfect selves!

When moving into and holding deep stretches, where is your mind? How do you feel? Can you take control of your own inner conversation and make it a loving one?
