Guess what . . . even though I’m smiling in this image, my body is shaking from exertion as it works to build strength. This is NOT EASY. And it’s not supposed to be.

Before this week’s practice I mention the difference between time management and energy management. How can you approach your personal practice of daily movement (not just yoga) in a way that enhances your ability to be energetically present in your commitments? Notice how physical exertion, while burning through energy, also increases our capacity to hold it, allowing us to remain alert and engaged throughout the day.
