Stoic Yoga . . . with a block

Today I give an incredibly succinct definition of Stoicism and how it reminds me of what we aim to do on the mat. I also finally remembered to pull out my trusty block, so I offer some ideas for how it can support you during your practice. The session is 45 minutes.
