yoga with intention

Today I ask you to choose an intention to hold and recall (out loud or internally) throughout your practice. Choose an intention that is counter to your Enneagram type’s typical fixation or focus of attention. (I describe this in the vid.) It’s a great reminder of how we should approach our work daily as we seek to balance ourselves.
