Headstand Help (short vid)

Get a little headstand help from your friends, the chairs!

Be very careful when attempting this. Note: core strength is key, as it is in any balancing pose. There’s no magic about headstand, so if you don’t feel comfortable trying it—don’t!

A great replacement inversion for headstand is Candlestick, or Legs Up the Wall. Lay on your back and extend your legs straight up into the air. Give your feet a break. They deserve it!
