Linking breath with movement (aka yoga) is one of the best ways we can strive to be fully present in the here and now.
Cultivating presence requires regular practice and a desire to focus. Yoga is a moving meditation only when we intend for it to be. So, join me (and sometimes the dogs) today in an intention to get grounded in and appreciate the Now! It’s a strong 42-minute practice. Enjoy!
